पुरी ताजगी से भरा हो नया साल 2018

 

नया साल यानी  की नई  खुशियाँ नई उम्मीद ,ढेर सारे वादे ,क्यों न इस बार कुछ अलग करके देखें ?   

१* अपनी खुशी पहचाने
सभी को लगता है कि  वो अपनी ख़ुशी को पहचानते है परन्तु ये पूरी तरह सच नहीं है।बहुत बार हम वो काम कर रहे होते हैं जिससे लोग खुश होते है पर हम नहीं होते है,  आपको जिस काम को करके ख़ुशी मिलती है ,वही आपकी ख़ुशी है तो उसे इस साल जरूर करे।

२* लक्ष्य तय करे
लक्ष्य तय करे कि इस बार क्या -क्या करेंगे? और इस साल उसी पर पूरा फोकस करें।  किसी हुनर को सीखना चाहते है तो एक साल में एक या दो हुनर सीख सकते हैं। जैसे कोई नई भाषा ,डांस ,पकवान ,या कोई आर्ट वर्क। कोई नया इन्ट्रूमेंट बजाना, अगर एक जानते है तो इस बार फिर कोई नया इंस्ट्रुमेंट बजाना सीखें। कोई नया (BLOG ) ब्लॉग लिखना शुरू करें। इस बार वेबसाइट (WEBSITE) बनाना सीखें।

३* इस साल कोई नया कर्ज न लें
इस साल कोई नया कर्ज एकदम न लें ,बल्कि जो पुराना कर्ज है उसे चुकाने का प्रयास जरूर करें कम -से-कम एक कर्ज जो सबसे छोटा हो

४* इस साल जायदा से जयादा बचत करेंगे
चाहे जो भी हो जाये इस साल जयादा बचत करेंगे और बेकार की चीजों में खर्च बिलकुल भी नहीं करेंगे ,बल्कि इन्वेस्टमेंट करेंगे जहाँ से आने वाले दिनों में रिटर्न मिले ,ये प्रॉमिस कीजिये आज ही, कियोंकि कल कभी आता नहीं ,आप समझही गए होँगे।

REFINED OIL -WHY WE SHOULD NEVER EAT

There s evidence pointing the direction that it the animal fats causing our epidemic levels of heart disease, but vegetable oils. Research is showing that butter consumption at the turn of the century was about  18 lbs per person per year and the use of vegetable oils was non-existent. Cancer and heart disease were rare. Today butter consumption is just above 4 lbs per person per year while the use of vegetable oils and refined oils has soared.

 what are refined oils  and which ones should you avoid 
Definition: An oil has been refined by using chemicals that are harmful to us. In short, it means to purity, But the meaning of purifying has many definitions. It may mean the oil was treated with acid or purified with an alkali, or bleached. It can also be neutralized, filtered or deodorized. All of which require chemicals.

In the processes of making and refining these types of oils, it leads of PUFas ( polyunsaturated fatty acids ) which do not hold up well to high heats, In the process of being extracted from the seed these oils oxidize and turn into trans fats. The smell s so rancid that a cleaning process has to take place using bleach to deodorize it.

AVOID: 
   *Canola oil
  *Vegetable oil
  *Corn oils
  *Safflower oil
  *Soybean oil

Avoid Hydrogenated oils (Crisco and margarine)  
 This is one of the most dangerous products on the market today! It has actually been BANNED in European countries, but not ours.

Hydrogenated oil is made by forcing hydrogen gas into the oil as high pressure. The more solid th oil is the more hydrogenated, such margarine and Crisco or lard. When hydrogenated oils are made the healthy fats are converted into a new type of fat, known as trans fat.
So which oils are safe for us?

Olive oil - this can be tricky because it is also blended using refined, virgin and extra virgin olive oils.
                                   
         The Bottom Line: 
try to avoid and refined oils. They are cheap. They are processed and they are downright dangerous to your health.

Make a choice to choose healthy olive oils. Learn about them. Find a store that specializes just in oils. There are so many varieties and flavors.

Metabolism is the process by which food is broken down to release energy. Your metabolic rate reflects how much energy your body requires to carry out its basic functions like breathing, eating, sleeping, digesting food and more.

If your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is high, you burn more calories, even while resting.

Your metabolism is determined by multiple factors including......
Genetics,
*Age
*Gender
*Thyroid problems &
* Hormone levels.
Women have a slower metabolism than men because women naturally have a higher body fat percentage.

LIFESTYLE RELATED REASONS FOR SLOW METABOLISM:
 *Lack of exercise

HOW TO INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM?
'Increasing the metabolism' is the best technics. It is a safe, healthy, natural and effective way to a permanent fat loss. Here's how you can do it:

(1) Start Weight Training

- BMR is much higher in people with more muscle.
- The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn even when you are at rest.
- Every pound of muscle uses about 6 calories a day, just to sustain itself, while each pound of fat burns only 2 calories.
- So start lifting weights and build muscles in order to improve your metabolism.

(2) Add HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) to Weight Training

- Do 20-25 minutes Run-Walk workout: Walk for 2 minutes then run for 1 minute. Keep doing this for 30 minutes.
- Some other HIIT activities are sprint intervals, treadmill intervals, kickboxing, jump rope, resistance sprints, football, and tennis.


(3) Eat Every 2-3 Hours

- Each time you eat, you stimulate your metabolism for a short period of time, which means that the more often you eat, the more you will increase your metabolism.
- Eating small meals every 2 to 3 hours feeds muscle and burns fat.

- But don't eat junk food

(4) Eat More Protein

- Include healthy sources of protein in your meals such as spinach (palak), chickpeas (channa), kidney beans (rajma), broccoli, paneer, soybeans, yogurt, milk, fish.
- It helps you build muscles.

(5) Eat Metabolism Boosters

- Eat a tablespoon of chili and pepper in your food to increase your metabolism.
- Add ginger in food to speed up the body's digestion process.
- Have a green tea 3-5 times a day.

(2) Late Night Eating

When you sleep, your metabolism slows down because your body doesn't need energy. It turns any unneeded food into fat.

(3) Too much cardio

It will actually burn your muscle tissues. A better way to boost metabolism through exercise is to start a strength-training routine along with cardio.

My best Fiber Diet 2018



All fiber comes from plants, bushes. We eat with fruits, vegetables, and grains. The are many different types of fiber the three that are most important to the health of the body are.
                                                
Insoluble fiber 

This fiber does not dissolve n water, nor is it-fermented by the bacteria residing in the colon. Rather, it retains water and is so doing, helps to promote a larger, bulkier and more regular bowel activity.

*Whole grain wheat and other whole grains
*Corn bran nuts and seeds sprouts.
*Potatoes and the skins from most fruits from trees as apples, bananas, and avocados.
*Many green vegetables such as green beans, zucchini, celery, and cauliflower.
*Some fruits plants such as tomatoes and kiwi.

Soluble Fiber 

These fibers are fermented or used by the colon bacteria as a food source or nourishment.
When these good bacteria grow and thrive, many health benefits occur in both the colon and the body.
Soluble fiber is present in some degree in most edible plant foods, but the ones with the most soluble fiber include. 

*Legumes such as peas and most beans, including soybeans sprouts. 
*Oats, rye, and barley.
*Many fruits such as berries, plums, apple bananas, and pears.
*Certain vegetables such as broccoli and carrots.
*Most root vegetables.

Prebiotic Soluble Fiber 

These are relatively newly discovered soluble plant fibers, The technical name for this fiber s inulin or fructan. When these soluble fibers are fermented by the good colon bacteria, some further significant health benefits have been shown to occur by research in many medical centers. These soluble prebiotic fibers occur in significant amounts in.

टमाटर हमारे घरों में आसानी से मिल जाते हैं पर शायद ही हम इसके फायदे जानते हैं। इसे  हम सब्जी में, सलाद में,चटनी में,सूप में इस्तेमाल करते है। 
इसमें आम  तौर पर विटामिन सी, लाइकोपीन, पोटैसियम पर्याप्त मात्रा में पाया जाता है। साथ ही इसमें कोलेस्ट्रॉल को कण्ट्रोल करने वाले तत्व भी पर्याप्त मात्रा में होते हैटमाटर को पकाने पैर भी इसके पोषक तत्व कम  नहीं होते है।

7. टमाटर के नियमित सेवन से डायबि‍टीज में फायदा होता है. इससे आंखों की रौशनी बढ़ती है. साथ        ही कई तरह की स्‍क‍िन से जुड़ी समस्याओं में भी ये असरदार है. तो रोज टमाटर खाएं  और सेहद          बनाये।
