IMPROVE YOUR STAMINA BY ROPE JUMP

Amazing Exercise for body,very good for heart , lungs, legs and wrist. Also very useful for increase your stamina. There is a big difference between jumping rope to do tricks and
jumping rope to get lean ( fat lose ) .
1.Fasted worked (don't eat before you train )
2.Use a weighted handle jump rope
3.High intensity interval training
4.Do exercise and feel comfortable
5. Be positive about yourself
6. Do basic tricks first.
7. Do exercise minimum 21 to 30 days.
8. Minimum 3-5 jump rope workouts weekly
9. stay motivated .
10. Make a partner for regular exercise for better result.
